The OG of all cashew chicken! This was a staple every weekend in my household growing up in the 80s. Every time I come back to Springfield, I always get an order of cashew chicken and this original dish did not disappoint. Great service! Super fun atmosphere plus they have two small private rooms or you can convert ... into one big room that host up to 50 people. You can have buffet style in that room or order individually. We have eaten here several times. I always get the general chicken, hot with fried rice and an egg roll. The food always comes out hot, the chicken is tender and the vegetables are fresh.
